Baked Whole Chicken with Char Siu Sauce

Serves 4

1. Rub chicken with marinade evenly.  Marinate chicken for 1 hour.
2. Bake chicken at 190C/375F preheated oven for 20 minutes.  Brush with remaining marinade.  Turn and bake for another 20 minutes or until done.


1 large chicken (about 1kg)
Orange (s) , flesh for serving
3 Tbsp Char Siu Sauce
2 Tbsp Premium Oyster Sauce 
3 tbsp Fresh orange juice
1 tsp Dried chopped basil
