Black Pepper Steak with Spicy Salad

Serves 1-2
 
1. Marinate the steak for 10 minutes.
2. Grill until desire doneness. Pour over the sauce mix.
3. Mix the vegetables and avocado with the salad dressing and serve along with the steak.

 
SERVING TIPS:
Can be served with Lee Kum Kee Chiu Chow Chilli Oil for a greater hot taste. 

Ingredients:

300 g beef Steak (1-2 pcs)
1 small tomato (diced)
½ cucumber (diced)
½ avocado (diced)
50 g mixed vegetable
MARINADE:
3 tbsp Lee Kum Kee Premium Oyster Sauce
DRESSING:
1 tsp Lee Kum Kee Chiu Chow Chilli Oil
2 tsp Lee Kum Kee Double Deluxe Soy Sauce
2 tsp Lee Kum Kee Premium Oyster Sauce
1 tbsp extra-virgin olive oil
4 tsp balsamic vinegar
SAUCE MIX:
3 tbsp Lee Kum Kee Black Pepper Sauce
2 tbsp hot water
