Char Siu Pork Sandwich

Serves 2 or as party food
1. Marinate sliced pork fillet for at least 10 minutes.
2. Pan fry pork fillet with 1 tbsp oil in low heat for 5 minutes or until cooked.
3. Toast 3 slices of bread and then arrange the char siu pork, tomato and little gem lettuce evenly onto the bread and make into a club sandwich.
4. Secure the sandwich with four cocktail sticks and cut diagonally into quarter before serving.
5. Repeat steps 4 and 5 for the remaining ingredients.


6 slices white or wholemeal medium sliced bread slices
200 g pork fillet, thinly sliced
2 medium tomatoes, sliced
50 g little gem lettuce
1 tbsp vegetable oil
3 tbsp Lee Kum Kee Char Siu Sauce
1 tbsp Lee Kum Kee Premium Oyster Sauce
