Chicken Salad in Tangy Peanut Dressing

Ingredients:

½ cucumber, cut into fine julienne strips
1 carrot, cut into fine julienne strips
1 stalk of celery, cut into fine julienne strips
150 g cooked chicken fillets, shredded
DRESSING:
1 tbsp Lee Kum Kee Premium Oyster Sauce
1 tbsp Lee Kum Kee Double Deluxe Soy Sauce (or Premium Light Soy Sauce)
2 tbsp Lee Kum Kee Peanut Flavoured Sauce
1 tbsp water
