Chinese Classic Boiled Pork with Garlic Dressing

Serves 2
1. Boil water with star anise, ginger and spring onions before putting in the pork and turn down the heat. Let it simmer for 1 hour, then take out and set aside until cool.
2. Cut cucumber into thin ribbons using vegetable peeler and arrange on plate.
3. Slice the pork thinly and put on plate, drizzle on the dressing before serving.

Add 1 tsp of Lee Kum Kee Chiu Chow Chilli Oil in the dressing to turn it into spicy garlic dressing.



500 g skinless pork belly
½ cucumber, cut into ribbons
2 spring onions
1 tbsp Lee Kum Kee Minced Ginger
Sesame seeds for garnish
4 star anise
500 ml water
2 tbsp Lee Kum Kee Premium Oyster Sauce( Panda Oyster Sauce)
1 tbsp Lee Kum Kee Double Deluxe Soy Sauce (or Premium Light Soy Sauce)
1 tbsp Lee Kum Kee Pure Sesame Oil
1 tbsp Lee Kum Kee Minced Garlic
1 tsp sugar
1 tbsp rice vinegar
