Curry Seafood

Serves 2 as main course or serves 4 as starter
 
1. Stir fry onion in 1 tbsp vegetable oil until fragrant.
2. Add carrots, squid and prawns. Stir well until seafood is done.
3. Add Lee Kum Kee Sauce for Curry Seafood . Stir well quickly until heated through.

250 g king prawns, shelled and deveined
½ small onion, cut into pieces
25 g carrots, sliced
1 tbsp vegetable oil
Sauce:
60 g Lee Kum Kee Sauce for Curry Seafood (1 pack)
