Fried Beef Cubes with Oyster Sauce and Black Pepper

Serves 4
 
1. Mix the beef with marinade.
2. Stir-fry beef in 1 tbsp oil and 1 tbsp Lee Kum Kee Premium Oyster Sauce until medium rare. Sprinkle garlic flakes.
3. Cook the carrots and broccoli in boiled water with seasoning mix and garnish around the beef.

Marinade
1tsp Lee Kum Kee Chilli Garlic Sauce
2tbsp Lee Kum Kee Premium Oyster Sauce
1tbsp extra virgin olive oil
1 ½ tsp black pepper
Sauce
1 tbsp Lee Kum Kee Premium Oyster Sauce
Seasoning Mix
2 tbsp Lee Kum Kee Pure Sesame Oil
2g salt
2g sugar
