GRILLED LAMB SKEWERS IN CHAR SIU SAUCE

Serves 4
1. Mix the marinade ingredients together in a bowl. Add the cubed lamb and toss together until the meat is well coated. Marinate for 2-3 hours.
2. Thread lamb pieces evenly onto 10 wooden skewers.
3. Barbecue for 8-10 minutes on each side or until the meat is well cooked.
4. Alternatively, it can be grilled at 180 ℃. Then serve immediately with a fresh cucumber and carrot salad dressed with Lee Kum Kee Oriental Sesame Dressing.

Tips:
Using red wine as your marinade can tenderise the meat. Also, having Oyster Sauce and Chiu Chow Chilli Oil when served can effectively enrich the natural taste of lamb and bring out a multi-layered savouring experience.
