HOISIN SPARE RIBS

Serves 4
1. Marinate spare ribs for 15 mins in 4 Tbsp Hoisin Sauce and 1 Tbsp Lee Kum Kee Premium Light Soy Sauce.
2. Oven cook for 20 mins at 200 °C/Gas 6.
3. Brush with a further 1Tbsp Hoisin Sauce and cook for a further 5 mins or until cooked through.
