ORIENTAL TURKEY & PRAWNS ROLLS WITH A PLUM & CRANBERRY SAUCE

Serves 4
 
1) Slice the turkey breast thinly and marinate for one hour. 
2) Beat the minced prawn meat until it turns sticky and set aside. 
3) Wrap minced prawn meat in marinated turkey slices to form rolls. Wrap each roll tightly in tin foil and cook in oven for 2 hours at 90°C. 
4) Blend the sauce mix and set aside. 
5) Unwrap the cooked turkey rolls, slice as required and serve with sauce mix.

800g minced raw prawn meat
Marinade Mix:
3 tbsp Lee Kum Kee Premium Light Soy Sauce
4 tbsp Lee Kum Kee Premium Oyster Sauce
2 tbsp cooking wine
20g spring onion
20g ginger
Sauce Mix:
8 tbsp Lee Kum Kee Plum Sauce
2 tbsp Lee Kum Kee Premium Light Soy Sauce
6 tbsp cranberry sauce
2 tbsp sugar
