PAN FRY FISH FILLET WITH SWEET VINEGARETTE DRESSING

Serves 2
1.Marinate fish fillets for 10 minutes.
2.Dust fish fillets with corn starch. Pan fry in 2 tbsp hot oil until golden brown and crispy.
3.Sauté minced ginger in 1 tbsp hot oil. Stir in sauce mix and heat through. Add fish fillets and mix well before serve.

1 tbsp Lee Kum Kee Seasoned Soy Sauce for Seafood
Sauce Mix:
2 Tbsp Lee Kum Kee Seasoned Soy Sauce for Seafood
2 Tbsp rice vinegar
3 Tbsp water
1 tsp corn starchood
2 tsp sugar
