Peking Duck Salad

Serves 2 as main or 4 as starter
 
1. Cook duck fillets in boiling water with 1 tbsp Lee Kum Kee Peking Duck Sauce for 5 minutes or until cooked through. Shred fillets and set aside.
2. Mix all ingredients with dressing, then serve warm or cold.

 
SERVING TIPS:
This is great to use as a sandwich filling with some additional sweetcorn and peppery rocket salad.

 

Ingredients:

250 g duck fillets
2 spring onions, finely shredded
70 g radish, sliced
¼ cucumber, cut into circular slices
100ml water
1 tbsp Lee Kum Kee Peking Duck Sauce
DRESSING:
2 tbsp Lee Kum Kee Pecking Duck Sauce
1 tsp Lee Kum Kee Premium Oyster Sauce
1 tsp Lee Kum Kee Pure Sesame Oil
2 tbsp orange juice
