POACH PEAR IN WHITE WINE WITH PLUM SAUCE

Serves 4
 
1) Peel and de-core the pears. Soak dry Chinese orange peel in water and set aside. 
2) Boil cinnamon stick and sugar in water until light golden colour. 
3) Lower the heat and add in pear, white wine, plum sauce and cook until pear becomes tender and soft. Approx. 10 minutes. Serve.

6 tbsp Lee Kum Kee Plum Sauce
