RACK OF LAMB CUTLET BAKED WITH CHAR SIU SAUCE

Serves 3-4
1. Marinate meat in the sauce mix and marinate mix for 3 hours.
Preheat the oven and cook at 180°C for 5 minutes until the meat is slightly browned. Reduce the oven to 90°C and cook for 1 hour, or until to your liking.
