Roast Chicken with Chicken Marinade

Serves 2
1. Rinse and pat dry chicken.  Marinate well for 2 hours.
2. Preheat oven to 200C/400F.  Roast chicken for 20-30 minutes until crispy and done.  Turning once.
3. Heat through the sauce mix and serve with the roast chicken.


1 medium Chicken (<600g)
3 Tbsp Char Siu Sauce
2 Tbsp Chicken Marinade
1 Tbsp Hoisin Sauce
2 tsp Pure Sesame Oil
2 Tbsp Water
1 Tbsp Lemon juice
