Roasted Chicken with Honey and Oyster Sauce

Serves 4
1. Bring the seasoning mix to boil. Drop in the chicken, cover and simmer for 30 minutes.
2.Take out the chicken and put on roasting pan. Brush with the glazing evenly.
3.Put in pre-heated 160 degree oven and bake for 30-45 minutes until golden and cooked. Brush occasionally with the glazing.



1 pc chicken (about 1.5 kg)
Seasoning Mix
500 ml Lee Kum Kee Premium Soy Sauce
2 tsp Lee Kum Kee Minced Garlic
1500 ml water
10 slices ginger
4 pcs star anise
100 g Lee Kum Kee Premium Oyster Sauce
¼ cup honey
