Smoked Salmon in Spicy Vegetable Pasta Salad

Serves 2-3
1. Cook pasta in boiling water according to packet instructions. Drain and cool.
2. Simmer buna shimeji mushrooms and edamame beans in boiling water for 2 minutes. Drain and set aside.
3. Mix all ingredients with dressing and place a divide smoked salmon evenly between the numbers of serving.



80 g edamame beans
120 g any small shape pasta
90 g smoked salmon, sliced
150 g buna shimeji mushrooms
1 tsp Lee Kum Kee Chilli Garlic Sauce
3 tbsp Lee Kum Kee Premium Oyster Sauce (or Panda Oyster Sauce)
2 tsp Lee Kum Kee Pure Sesame Oil
1 tsp lemon juice
1/2 tsp sugar
