SOY SAUCE BRAISED CHICKEN

Serves 2
1. Sauté ginger and garlic before adding chicken wings, stir fry until both sides are slightly brown.
2. Add in the sauce mix and bring to boil, then turn down the heat into simmering until the sauce thicken.
3. Add in sweet basil and spring onion before serve.

5 Cloves of garlic, sliced
6 Sweet basil leafs
Sauce mix:
10 Tbsp Lee Kum Kee Seasoned Soy Sauce for Seafood
5 Tbsp Lee Kum Kee Sesame Oil
10 Tbsp Rice wine
2 Tbsp Sugar
