STIR-FRIED DOUBLE DELUXE CHICKEN WITH PEACHES

Serves 2
1. Mix chicken with marinade and set aside for 10-15 minutes.
2. Heat a wok then add the oil. Stir fry the chicken with the celery for 4-5 minutes or until the chicken is cooked and lightly browned.
3. Add the peaches and sauce mix and cook for 1 minute until the sauce is thickened.

80g canned peaches, drained and halved
80g (2 sticks) celery, thickly sliced
1 tbsp vegetable or peanut oil
Marinade:
2 tsps Lee Kum Kee Premium Oyster Sauce
½ tsp Lee Kum Kee Pure Sesame Oil
Sauce Mix:
4 tsps Lee Kum Kee Double Deluxe Soy Sauce
1 tsp sugar
½ tsp cornflour
2 tbsps water
