STIR-FRIED MUSHROOMS IN OYSTER SAUCE

Serves 2
1. Parboil straw mushrooms and button mushrooms for 10 minutes, drain.
2. Stir fry ginger, spring onion in vegetable oil. Add mushrooms, stir in Oyster Sauce until heated through.

100 g fresh straw mushrooms
100 g fresh button mushrooms
Sugar, ginger and spring onions as desired
1 Tbsp vegetable oil
Sauce mix:
1 Tbsp Lee Kum Kee Panda Oyster Sauce or Premium Oyster Sauce (Best)
