Stir-fried Rice Cake

Serves 4
1.Stir-fry onion, cabbage, carrots and bell pepper in 1 tbsp oil. Add shrimp meat and stir well. Set aside.
2.Stir-fry rice cake in 1 tbsp oil until soft. Add seasoning mix, shrimp meat mixture and stir well. Add green onion and stir well.




450 g rice cake
90 g shrimp meat
50 g Chinese leaf (cut into pieces)
50 g onion (shredded)
25 g bell pepper (shredded)
25 g carrot (shredded)
40 g leek (chopped)
Seasoning Mix:
1 ½ Lee Kum Kee Premium Oyster Sauce
1 tbsp Lee Kum Kee Hoisin Sauce
4 tbsp water
