STIR FRY BEEF AND PUMPKIN IN BLACK BEAN SAUCE

Serves 4
1. Marinate the beef tenderloin for 15 minutes at least. Set aside.
2. Put vegetable oil in the wok or non-stick pot until smoky hot; stir fry the red pepper with Black Bean Sauce at high heat for 2 minutes.
3. Add in pumpkin and sauce mix for another 15 minutes or until it is soft.
4. Add in beef and stir fry until done.

½ Red Pepper (cut into 1cm pieces)
2 Tbsp Vegetable oil
Marinade:
1 Tbsp Lee Kum Kee Premium Oyster Sauce
Seasoning Sauce:
2 Tbsp Lee Kum Kee Black Bean Garlic Sauce
Sauce Mix:
300ml Water
½ tsp Sugar
½ tsp Corn Starch
