STIR-FRY PORK FILLET WITH SPRING ONION

Serves 2

1. Marinade the pork fillet, set aside
2. Use 1 Tbsp oil to sauté the red pepper. Add the pork fillet and cook until it is well done.
3. Add in the cooking wine, spring onion and sauce mix. Stir fry until it is well done. Serve.

1 Tbsp vegetable oil
Marinade:
1 Tbsp Lee Kum Kee Premium Oyster Sauce
2 tsp vegetable oil
Sauce Mix:
2 Tbsp Lee Kum Kee Premium Oyster Sauce
½ tsp corn starch
4 Tbsp water
