Stir-fry Scallops with Chilli Bean Sauce

Serves 4
 
1. Marinate the scallop.
2.Stir fry the scallop in 1 tbsp oil until done.
3.Add celery, carrots and seasoning mix. Toss well until heated through.

300 g scallop meat
120 g celery (cut into strips)
50 g carrots (cut into strips)
Sauce Mix
2 tbsp Lee Kum Kee Premium Oyster Sauce
2 tsp corn flour
1 tsp oil
Seasoning Mix
1 tbsp Lee Kum Kee Premium Oyster Sauce
3 tbsp Lee Kum Kee Chilli Bean Sauce( Adjust amount to your preferred level of hotness and saltiness)
